Ordering

When placing and order through our site,  you will be taken to the Paypal Checkout page.

We now have set postage rates, based on your order total.  These are as follows:

Please note that the above rates are for Australian customers only.  If you are ordering from overseas, please contact us for a postage quote prior to ordering.

For overseas customers, please also note that some of our printing contracts allow us to post certain items only within Australia.  We suggest you contact us prior to placing an order to check if we are able to ship to your address.  Otherwise, your order may need to be cancelled, and in this case, your payment will be refunded.

There may be some more expensive items which in reality do not cost as much to post. For example, if you were to order IEW's 'Student Intensive Continuation Course', you would be charged a higher rate than the actual postage. In cases such as these, where there is a significant difference, we will refund you the excess postage.

Payment

Currently, the only option available when placing the order through our site is Paypal.  However, we are also able to accept payments via Internet Bank Transfer, Cheque, or Money Order.

If you wish to pay using one of these methods, simply add the items to your cart, and hit the 'view cart' button.  Then, you will need to copy and paste your order into an email, and send it to us at:  adnilpress@ozemail.com.au  

When you send through your order, please remember to also include your address and contact details.

We will then send you a return email with the payment options.

Terms and Other Information

We will endeavour to send out your order in a timely fashion.  However, there may be the occasion that something is on backorder.  We will inform you if this is the case.

Most IEW products are printed at our office.  This means it may take a few days for your order to be printed, bound, and made ready.

Please allow up to 21 days for your order to arrive.  However, if you wish to check on the progress of your order at any time, feel free to send us an email. 

All orders will be posted via Registered Mail or Express - both of these options do carry a tracking number.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee. If you have ordered something which does not suit, simply send it back and we will organise a refund, less postage.  Please remember to use the original packaging, or protect the books using bubble wrap and / or cardboard, to ensure they reach us in 'as new' condition.

IEW products, however, may be returned for a refund long after the 30 day period.  These products come with an unconditional guarantee - if you try them, and they are not working for your family, you are entitled to a full refund (less postage).
